Why I started Interflourishing

My path began in the space industry, at NASA and later at Blue Origin, where I saw how a rocket launch only succeeds when every part of the system works in harmony, from the vehicle itself to the many teams on the ground supporting each mission. I also saw how quickly even visionary work suffers when a system runs beyond what it can sustain and the people and machines inside it are pushed past their limits.

That experience changed how I see the world. Our economy largely runs on extraction, asking more and more of people and the planet, while living systems thrive through rhythm, renewal and interdependence. Advanced intelligence could help us build something more regenerative, and it also raises deep questions about consciousness and about how humans, AI and the Earth should treat one another so that all of them can flourish.

I started Interflourishing to explore those questions with rigor and openness, and to help shape a future where humans, artificial intelligence and the living Earth thrive through one another, the same way every part of a launch depends on the rest.
